Job Title: Lettings Administrator

Location: Shoreditch

Salary: up to £26,000.00 per annum

Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:45am to 6pm & Fridays from 8:45am to 5pm

Duties will include:

• Provide full administrative support to the branch, including correspondence, filing, and diary management. 
• Prepare property particulars, brochures, tenancy documentation, and related materials. 
• Upload and maintain property listings across relevant portals and internal systems. 
• Act as the first point of contact for clients via telephone, email, and in-person enquiries. 
• Support consultants and management with marketing and deal progression, lettings administration, and general office duties. 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including AML checks, Right to Rent, GDPR, and other legislation. 
• Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure a high level of efficiency and professionalism.

Skills required:

• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. 
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). 
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working within an estate agency, property management, or sales environment. 
• Knowledge of property software/CRM systems (e.g., Reapit or similar).
• Familiarity with estate agency processes (sales progression, tenancy agreements, property marketing). 
• Understanding of compliance requirements (AML, Right to Rent, GDPR). 
• Experience preparing property marketing materials and uploading to major portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket).
