Job Title: Lettings Coordinator
Location: Egham Office
Brand: Stirling Ackroyd
Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per annum (depending on experience) plus commission
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8.45am to 6.30pm, Fridays from 8.45am to 6.00pm, every other Saturday from 10.00am to 4.00pm (1 lieu day per week on rota).

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
To provide a remote administrative support system to the branch network working closely with the branch teams and the different departments at head office to ensure compliance and accuracy. To also assist with the maintenance and running of head office.
Duties will include:
Monitor sales and lettings inboxes, Reapit tasks, and generate/send relevant correspondence (instructions, offers, price reviews, memos, exchanges, etc.).
Prepare agency agreements, ID checks, ownership checks, and ensure AML compliance.
Arrange photography, floorplans, EPCs, boards, and property inspections, following up as required.
Ensure all instruction, compliance, and property documentation is complete and up to date.
Maintain accurate Reapit records, including fees, property details, marketing materials, and data quality.
Manage EPCs, board orders/removals, and outstanding compliance requirements.
Produce floorplans using Metropix from branch sketches.
Handle reception calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and applicants, arranging viewings and providing excellent customer service.
Progress tenancies from application to move-in, including referencing, compliance, documentation, inspections, and move-in coordination.
Promote company standards, maintain health and safety awareness, and support additional tasks and projects as required.
